3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: Can this tile be used as flooring in a bathroom?
A: This tile has the following suitable installation areas;

Q: Is the "carrara" marble from the Carrara quarry in Italy? Looks more like Turkish or Chinese "carrara"
A: Yes this is genuine Italian Carrera. -
Q: what is the hardness rating of this tile? Is it commercial floor appropriate?
A: I don't have the specific answer to your question re hardness, but would say that a commercail floor is in-appropriate use. They are glass tiles made to similate mother of pearl. Under normal foot traffic in a home they will scratch over time - in a commercial setting they certainly will. Further, they are quite slippery when wet, so I would think that is a liability waiting to happen.A: This tile has not yet been rated but has been used for commercial floors without any problems. It would need to be properly sealed.

Just beautiful!
I love this tile. I used it as my bathroom floor in my vintage 1935 colonial. Paired it with bright white 4 x 12 subway tile. Used a pewter grout. It's fabulous.

Classic and beautiful!
We only needed a smal amount of tile since we were only going behind our kitchen sink. It looks wonderful with white cabinetry and our white/grey granite. Timeless design that should still look fresh years from now.
