1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing terrazzo or cement tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Just order it!
I had this installed in my bathroom and it looks Uh-MAZING! Sonora Beige has so many colors that you can install it to accent almost anything; I chose pink and beige tile and painted all the walls pink. It is thick and we installed heating underneath so it is raised quite a bit. It is true terrazzo so we had the edges beveled where it meets the LVP flooring in the bedroom for a seamless look. I chose to have it installed in the shower and closet as well with no regrets. Everyone loves it.

Beautiful tile for our bathroom. Very sturdy and thick, with the terrazzo all the way through (unlike other replica style tiles with the terrazzo pattern just on top, as our contractor beveled an edge at the room entry to minimize the height-gap between rooms.

Nice Tile - Easy to Work With
Happy with the choice! Not usually a tile fan but can't beat the color and depth of terrazzo, like it much better than any porcelain print I could find. Easy to make compound cuts and tool for customization, big plus is the integral material allows for a polished finish edge. The slight factory bevel can be approximately matched with light sanding. They're pretty heavy and the thickness does require planning but luckily(?) had a full tear out and could drop the subfloor to match the hall FFE. Lots of colors mixed in there to pull into other finishes. Hides dirt pretty well and seems easy to clean so far, did use an impregnator sealer. The grout (Laticrete SpectraLOCK Pro - Sauterne) is a good color match, came out uneven but that was user error.
