3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing terrazzo or cement tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: I can't get the button to work to show it's my email. I want to know if this tile is slippery in floor of shower?
A: Yes, it would be WAY too slippery for shower flooring, or any application with wet feet, ie: pool surround, etc. Terrazzo becomes an "ice skating rink" when it's wet. The tile is lovely and sparkly, put it in a niche or eye-level border, where you can easily see it, and touch it. It would probably need a honed or no slip finish -
Q: The description talks about it as “wall tile” but it’s also listed as floor tile in a residential setting. I got a sample and LOVE it. We would like to use it as floor tile in our two bathrooms. Is it gonna hold up or should we choose more traditional (thicker, less porous) terrazzo instead?
A: I have installed this tile in bathrooms and have had great success with it. I would talk to your installer about sealing the tile just to ensure longevity, but again I have not had any issues with it thus far and it looks amazing installed.A: This tile is floor rated in a residential setting. I would suggest sealing the tile after installation and re-sealing over time as maintenance. -
Q: Does this tile need to be sealed?
A: Terrazzo and cement are naturally porous, so use a stone impregnating sealer to keep your installation protected. How often you need to reapply sealer will depend how high the traffic is in the area. Find a matching cleaner that will not remove the sealer. There are harsher cleaners available in case of an accident, but they must be used carefully by following all instructions. Always test a nonvisible area before using a product on the whole space.A: Always, always seal a natural product before and after installation. You wouldn’t want such a beautiful product to not hold up long term!A: My advise also is to seal this due to the fact these are natural sea shells imbedded into this material which are porous. Cheap insurance using a sealer.A: This is one of the prettiest terrazzo tiles I have seen!. While my customer didnt select it for her project and, for that reason, I didn't research it real well. However, I would typically seal any cement based tile!

Beautiful, beware when sawing
Looks great, but heads up when installing: they have a tiny steel bar in the middle running long-wise in them. It stops short of the edges. Hard to work with on a tile saw, easy to break tiles if you don't know it's there, and makes edge polishing tricky.
