1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].

3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Is this truly aquamarine, or is it light blue? The pictures make it difficult to tell.
A: I would suggest ordering a sample so you can see the material in person.A: We bought this tile to use as backsplash in our kitchen. Turned out gorgeous and definitely is aquamarine, not blue.A: It’s teal! Not light blue at all.A: Yep, I agree with the other answers, gorgeous aqua marine in my kitchen! I do recommend checking every box before you accept delivery because it seems to be a very breakable tile and I had a lot that were broken, but tilebar handled that well..
Also, yes, you can order a sample - totally worth it!A: I bought this, sample box as I wanted to see the true color myself. Q: Can this tile be used for a pool waterline?
A: This tile is not suitable for pool installation. -

Q: What is the level of variation between tiles? V2? V3?
A: Siza and color are very consistent.A: I’m not an expert so I don’t feel comfortable labeling them, but these tiles are beautiful! They look very expensive and I wouldn’t say they vary much because isn’t really any design to vary. They have a faded look within each tile, so every tile is slightly different.A: Very little. Because the surface isn’t completely smooth (handmade look),the light bounces off in a varuIable way, but the actual color is all the same.A: I am not nature about your question . My brother installed this tile in my kitchen and it is beautiful. I can send you a photograph if you want.

My order arrived and it is a completely darker color. It is a different color! I was told that the colors vary depending on the batch. If this is so please ask them to send you photo of the finished batch. They said to ship the order back which could cost me more than the order.
So disappointed. This inconvenienced workers greatly. The project is delayed. Everything else about the order was very professional. -

Kitchen backsplash is a splash!
I have to admit I was skeptical about ordering tile on line! I had looked in all our local shops and could not find any color in the palate I was looking for. I was shocked they had so many styles in the color I was looking for, teal. I ordered samples, although it still took me weeks to order, but I did! The sample and boxes of tiles were the exact same coloring. The ?rough? edge makes them look like custom handmade tiles! It was a very easy experience. The boxes arrived in three days, with only five tiles broken out of six boxes! I loved them in the box and love them even more installed. In my picture I?m still awaiting the grout and finish work. I would totally order from The Tile Bar again! Competitive pricing and fast delivery!

Gorgeous tile!
This tile is beautiful and looks way more expensive than it is, and in fact I chose it after finding a tile that was about five times the price at a fancy tile shop. It has a variegated edge and surface that make it look hand painted. I am so happy I found it, and it looks amazing in my kitchen. My only quibble is that it does chip/break easily, and I had quite a number of tiles broken in my shipment, however, tile bar handled that very well, and I had ordered enough to cover the broken ones anyway. Super happy!
