1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

A: Yes, trim is available as I did this in my kitchen was successful with matching it correctly. I believe I followed the recommendation that we listed above as well. Q: Can you use this as a shower wall tile?
A: Hi Rachael! This makes a lovely shower wall.A: Absolutely! I installed it in my shower and it's gorgeous.A: We have it in our shower! We’ve mixed it with a few other colors. It’s a beautiful tile! -
Q: Are there different dye lots?
A: Yes there are Shade colors/Dye Lots marked on the box. When you place an order Tile Bar sends you all the same Dye Lots. However this tile has shade, tone and texture variations with a box. -
Q: Do I have to use spacers ?
A: I never use spacers with the seaport collection, I install them right on top of the one below even when offsetting. The grout line is then small but sufficient, because of the irregular edges!A: I didn’t because they have a slight tumbled edge. -
Q: I would love to use this on shower walls. Any recommendations for a floor tile that will also compliment a white oak vanity and white quartz top?
A: I really like the Maravilla Coastal Ivory Blend 1” hexagon.A: We did a dark gray 12”x24” ceramic tile that looks like slate. It looks great!

Super nice Tile! the name says it all. We have oxford green cabinets and this tile just looks wonderful with them. They are more grayish than green but under certain lighting show a tinge of green, We have gray walls anyway so the whole color combination just goes so well together. They look high end all the way.
