1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Q: Can I get this tile in 6 inch x 6 inch?
A: Our Angela Harris Dunmore Micheli Decor collection is not available in a 6x6 size. -
Q: Does this tile come in a matte finish?
A: Hi, this tile only come in polished finish. -
Q: Can this be used as a waterline tile in a pool (wall)?
A: It is not recommended to use this in a pool.A: It’s an 8x8 inch tile which is larger than usual for a pool. That being said, this tile is too delicate for this use. I think the chemicals in the pool water would scale badly and the tile would be compromised. I used it as a backsplash/field tile in my kitchen and it performs beautifully.A: I would ask the pool guy. If installed correctly I don’t see why not?A: Ironically, my husband does pool maintenance and he also said that the best thing is to ask your pool builder. I think it would look beautiful if you could use it!A: It’s great for a shower wall but I have no idea about pool tile requirements, so I can’t speak to that. Tilebar is great with providing samples, so I’m sure you and your pool person can check them out and decide.A: I wouldn't suggest. This should specifically be asked of a pool builder.
