3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: So while it states this tile is not suitable as floor tile, I have noticed in the pictures from clients , that many have used this tile for their floors . What has the experience of those that have done been?
A: Not used on floor but for a backsplash. My only suggestion might be to make sure the floor is very level or to make sure there are no hollow areas under the tile.A: It isn't a flat tile. We used it on walls, but I would assume a lot of falls as it is both slippery and has random high and low areas. -
Q: What is the recommended grout joint size?
A: 1/8 inch is suggested. -
Q: Can you use this tile in a shower?
A: This tile is suitable for shower wall installation.A: We used it in our shower at and it was perfect! We used cement board behind it and grout.A: It IS ceramic so I would say yes. It goes without saying that you would need to have the correct backboard and grout.A: Agreed! We have it in a walk-through no-threshold 4x6 shower floor to ceiling. Q: can it be used outside in the garden?
A: This material is not suitable for outdoor use.A: It probably depends where. This IS wall tile only. Very slippery.
