1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Q: Can you order tiles with specific designs or is it luck of the draw?
A: We offer a Sonata version that includes a selection of random pieces, while the Mural version will be supplied with specific pieces designed to create the mural. -
Q: Can you tell me how many pieces come in a box of the 8x8 tiles?
A: Hi Bonita! There are 25 tiles per box. -
Q: Specs say its available in 2x8. Is this true? Dont see.
A: Hi! The 2x8 is a chair rail liner in the series. I apologize for the confusion! -
Q: What type of tile did you choose for flooring for in a shower?
A: I did not use this in a shower. Only for a back splash. It is a really pretty tile -
Q: Does this product have trim pieces?
A: Not that I’m aware of, you have to cut your own -
Q: What color grout was used in the first photo for “Blanco”?
A: Our recommended grout for this product is the Laticrete Permacolor Almond Grout- 8lb.A: I used Pearl epoxy groutA: I believe we used Mapei unsanded grout either bone or linen color. -
Q: Does the blanco have a matching pattern to consider when installing?
A: There is no pattern, the edges are a little darker and tiles are raised (wavy), but they have a nice texture.A: The blanco tile doesn't really have a pattern to consider but it is directional as there is a wave to te textrue that you will want to pay attention to during install. Either putting the wave in all one direction or turning to alternate the wave -
Q: Can this be used on an outdoor fountain?
A: This is not suitable for fountain installation.A: It says it is a ceramic, and not a porcelain, so unless your in a climate that does not freeze /thaw, I would recommend against it. A ceramic clay body is porous, so therefore, will take on water from the back, and if frozen, will break the ceramic tile, when it freezes. -
Q: I love this white color. Can I use it on the bathroom floor just like I used the blue color?
A: This material is not suitable for floor installation. -
Q: 0n your web site, I can't find that a bull nose is offered to finish the end of a run. or is something else offered?
