3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Hi i received my terrino tile and love it but i hadnt seen it has a very faint pattern on them.. very lovely but my question is, now that we see patterns on each tile, can the tile still be put randomly or do we need to match the patterns? thank you! Kee Kille

Q: Can you get this tile smaller ?
A: At this time the tile comes in one size. -
Q: what is the best grout color to use with this tile?
A: I personally love LOVE oyster grey from Home Depot. I use it for all my tile applications. Its the perfect neutral taupe, it goes with everything. I mix it with a polymer additive from Lowes to make it super strong. My father is a landlord and owns 12+ units, so from experience I recommend staying away from white, it stains over time.A: Hi! Recommended grout is Laticrete Permacolor Bright White Grout- 8lb -A: I used brown and regret it. Go with a cream color - trust me. -

Q: Does tile have bullnose?
A: I didn't find the available bullnose appealing. Instead we used a narrow light-wood border, which looks great, very complementary in color and feeling.A: No bull nose.A: Yes, of a sort. They have a “chair rail” and a “pencil” version. Chair rail is larger and with more elaborate curves. Pencil is a narrow, simple rounded shape. I used pencil in a complementary color to cap off the wall tile back splash in my kitchen. Extremely happy about the look. -
Q: Is this tile extremely white or does it have a grey tint to it?
A: Slight gray tint that isn’t especially obvious unless it’s next to a true white like a light switch cover.A: Cream with hints of grayA: This tile isn't extremely white. To me, there is a taupe-like tint to it. At first, I was concerned that the tile would not fit my color scheme of off white walls and sofa. However, it softened the look; and the distressed edge with the subtle design complimented the room. I'm glad I chose it.A: I love this tile! Have gotten many compliments on it as well.A: We used this tile in our kitchen, it’s a creamy white/ off whiteA: It’s more antiquie white with distress edges. I combined it with Angela’s wall mural which matches perfectly. Also her blue and green tiles. They are fabulousA: The tiles are more creamy colored than stark white - no grey. With that said, installing the tile beneath cabinets can cause shadows, depending on your lighting.A: I would not say it's white at all. It's more of a cream color. The edges have a little gray where it's supposed to have a distressed look. It really matters what grout you use because it will pick up that color from the tile. I ordered a few samples before I bought the tile and was really glad I did. This was not my front runner, but when you see it in person it's absolutely gorgeous!A: I would say there’s a grey tint to it, as well as the brown that’s along some of the edges. -
Q: Can we install this on a 7 foot vertical pine wood wall in a bathroom? There are spaces, gaps between most wood boards.
A: This tile must be installed in accordance to TCNA guidelines. -

We used a color similar to the edge of the tile. We really love the way the tile looks as a kitchen backsplash and it matches other things that are grey or brown in a kitchen.A: I installed this with white grout. The tile is shiny and beautiful! -
Q: these tiles, Tirello, are for random placement, not to form a pattern, is that right?
A: The myriad patterns, color tones, and sizing options allow you to bring a globe-trotter ambiance into any space in any way you choose.A: YesA: Yes, random placement as you could never match up the patterns. We actually split them with a line of smoky taupe subway tile and it gave me the eclectic vintage modern look I was looking for.A: Yes, it is a random pattern, and I really love the new look with my kitchen backsplash. The tile looks just like the picture on Tile Bar's Website. Tile Bar gives really good delivery and service.
D.S.A: I haven't installed these yet but I plan to lay them out both ways before I do install them.. They are beautiful and have a bit of a pearlesque quality. Rustic shabby chic.A: Yes, that is what we did. Tile on the wall looks great.A: They do not form a pattern. In fact some are only partially stamped with design. I didn’t use those. Some have different designs stamped on them. So it’s definitely a random patternA: Yes, you are correct. The placement is random. The pattern is delicate, the tiles are shiny but with the weathered border, they look delicate and sturdy simultaneously. They are gorgeous and ‘old world.’
