3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: How thick is this tile? I have it specified on a project and need to select the appropriate trim size.
A: Hi! The thickness is approximately 9mm. These details can be found in the specifications section of any of our product pages.A: I ordered mine a couple years ago but they measure 1/4 inch thick if they are still the same.A: I suggest you get a sample -
Q: What is the recommended grout joint size for this tile?
A: For smaller tiles, I recommend using 1/8th grout joint. Using no grout at all may lead to issues down the line such as cracking.A: We used 1/8” spacers and it looks beautiful. -
Q: Is there a pencil trim or bullnose that goes with this tile?
A: We don't have a corresponding trim piece for this collection at this time. I would suggest our Essential Metal Edge Strip; https://www.tilebar.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=essential
Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout.A: Pencil trim. Dusty brown edge that makes it look slightly antiqued.A: I used the Cifre teal blue pencil trim and it looks fantastic. Q: What is the PEI on this tile? Can it be used in a shower? Is it waterproof?
A: This material is a wall only tile, so the PEI is not applicable. Per the specifications on the product page, this material is suitable for shower wall installation. -
Q: What would be a good color for grout for these tiles? I'd rather have something not white or light.
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Sauterne GroutA: I used white grout but then painted with watered down paint a color that was more earthy and had a bit of metallic gold for shimmer. It covered the grout in a sheer way. Then sealed. It wasn’t so heavy that way but went better with edges. Could use any kind of paint if you seal it.A: I went with the bone colored grout and was very happy with the resultA: We used poly blend plus brand in earth and it matched nearly perfectly with the darker edging of the tileA: The edges are a light brown kinda gives it a patina look I'm going to do a light brownA: Mocha from lowes is perfect

Tile looks great. Glad I ordered some samples to get the true color. The subtle variations from tile to tile really give the installation an authentic look. The lippage on these tiles is pretty dramatic but that doesn't bother me.
