1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

A: We do not have a matching bullnose piece for our Los Lunas collection.A: I don’t think so. We didn’t purchase any. -
Q: What color grout is used in the picture of the green subway tile?
A: We usually recommend our Laticrete Permacolor Sauterne Grout.A: Off white/light grey -
Q: Is this true Zellige tile or a Zellige look alike tile? I’ve read the true Zellige tile is difficult to work with, so I’m looking for something that has the look of Zellige tile but is easy to install
A: I believe that true Zellige tile is made in Morocco, this tile is made in Spain, so no, it is not true Zellige. That being said, this is the best looking backsplash and we get nothing but compliments on it. It was easy to install and makes our kitchen look rich and special. I don't see any reason why your installer would have any issues with it. -
Q: Is it okay as a backsplash for a gas stove?
A: I have it as my kitchen counter’s backsplash. I love it!A: Yes! That’s what we used it for. Kitchen backsplash.A: That's exactly what we did, it looks great and is still perfect after 2 years. We get many compliments about the tiles and they still look brand new. No problem with the gas stove at all. -
Q: what trim is available?
A: You can try any metal trim like the Essential Bright Anodized Silver 10 mm L-Shape Aluminum Tile Edging Trim. -
Q: can these tiles be used on shower wall?
A: This tile has the following suitable installation areas; Backsplash, Kitchen Wall, Wall Tile, Bathroom Wall, Shower Wall, Outdoor WallA: We bought ours for the kitchen, but I think it would be great in the shower as well. Love the color!A: Yes that is what we used them for. We used a reddish grout. Looks great. Washes well.A: yes. ours are on a shower wallA: Yes. Just grout properly

Q: Does this tile (los lunas green 4x12) come in bullnose?

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout.

This tile looks beautiful in my shower surround! My contractor spaced the tiles 1/16" apart and used Sahara Beige grout for an almost seamless look. I paired it with Angela Harris Flatiron Aquamarine 12x24 Matte Porcelain Tile on the floor. The overall effect with the brushed gold fixtures is earthy and warm.

Los Lunas green subway tile is beautiful and rustic. Worked out perfectly in my kitchen. Easy to cut and fit.
One of the boxes had a dozen or so broken tiles despite the great packing material surrounding them. The process to have them replaced was easy and quick. Would order from Tilebar again.
