Marble Bouquet
Ingredients
| 1 oz | Simple Syrup | |

| 1 oz | Peach Schnapps Liqueur | |
| to top | Sparkling Wine | |
| 1 | Ripe Peach | |
| 9 | Strawberries |
Directions
| 1. | Place 8 strawberries and a peach into a blender. Add 1 shot of simple syrup and peach schnapps. Blend until pureed. |
| 2. | Fill ¼ of a chilled champagne flute with the puree. Add sparkling wine until ¾ full, and stir. |
| 3. | Top with more sparkling wine and garnish with a strawberry. Serve & enjoy with mom! |
