Q: What color grout do you recommend for the castle wind chill ceramic tile?
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Bright White GroutA: We used Timberwolf Mapei grout and caulk at counter and cabinet.A: I used a very light gray grout called Platinum, it goes well with the color of the tile.A: I used a light gray grout, it looks amazing!A: Light or mid grey, really works well. -
Q: I'm trying to decide b/w white grout or the grout that tilebar recommends (steel) - has anyone used white grout and if so, have a photo you could share please?
A: I used the SteeleA: i went with the heather grey grout. It looks exactly like Tile Bar's sampleA: I used a dark grout with mine and love it.A: Not white, but I ended using a very light gray, lighter than what was recommended and it turned out really nice! My concern with white grout was it getting dirty eventually. Have received a lot of compliments on this tile and don't regret getting it!A: I will share a photo when I get home tonight. We used NO grout. My installer liked the look sans grout. I love it. I did have concerns about the natural flow of the tiles as they are slightly organic and I didn't want the peach edges to show at all. It was slightly time-consuming but I went through with a white art paint marker and coated the edges. It worked wonderfully.A: I used Rain- a light silver. Small Kitchen Backsplash
The tiles were a bit different in bulk than the sample I received (the sample more gray), but I love it just the same. The process of looking, sampling, and receiving my tile from Tile Bar was better than my attempts at other in-person tile stores. I'll definitely buy from them again for any future tile needs.
I didn't install the tile myself; to get the herringbone design I got took my contractor some finagling because of the dimensions of the tile, but he worked it out. -

Use caution
Although I really like the tile and it looks perfect, one entire box was all broken. Looks like someone dropped it. This made it difficult for the installer. He made it work but i have one broken tile where you can see the break line. Disappointed in this but would still recommend. Check your boxes!
