Q: We are thinking is using this in a shower, what would the care or up keep be?
A: Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be glad to verify this information for you.A: We used this tile as a back splash for a bar area. It is beautiful but the tile itself is small, which means you will need a lot of grout which is porous. That may not be ideal for a shower area. Maybe buy a sheet or get a sample so you can see for yourself. good luck -
Q: Would this work as a kitchen backsplash behind a cooktop?
A: Yes, our Microsaic Plaid Wooden Beige Polished Marble Mosaic Tile is appropriate for use as a backsplash.A: Hello!
I am IN LOVE with this tile, but please note that is it real marble. Considering marble is porous, I do feel like it stains if you so much as look at it funny ... granted, you can seal the marble and make sure you do the necessary upkeep, but it would still make me nervous behind a cooktop. -
Q: Would this work as a back splash behind a sink?
A: We used it in a bar area. It came out beautifullyA: Yes, our Microsaic Plaid Wooden Beige Polished Marble Mosaic Tile is appropriate for backsplash use.A: Yes. I love this tile. It is marble so it will require proper care when cleaning but I think it would make a lovely backslash. -
Q: What color grout do you recommend?
A: We actually sourced the Black and White version of this with Grout: Bostik H600-Diamond. But we considered the Wooden Beige version with Grout: Custom Building Products #333 Alabaster. Hope this helps!
