Q: Are these tiles tempered?

Q: What grout should I use?
A: We suggest the Laticrete SpectraLock 1 Bright White GroutA: Hello! We used the Bostik Dimension grout as recommended. It is designed for use with the mirrored glass. It gives it extra shimmer to match the mirrored glass. It is also easier to clean. Take caution about the clean up. You will want yo vlean as you go so there isn't a haze. There is a special cleaner if you need it. You will also want to read up on how to apply as it is a bit different than typical grout. It is expensive but worth the cost if you are installing mirrored subway tile. We LOVE ours!!!A: I did not use grout at all. Because of the beveled edge they have a lovely finished edge without spacers or grout. I did a bricklayer pattern.A: No grout. We used a mastic to attach them to our backsplash. -
Q: How thick are these tiles? I want to surround a bathroom vanity so I have a mirrored wall above the vanity.
A: 8 mm thick.A: They are a couple of inches thick. I don't the exact measurement.A: maybe 2-3 mm thick? if you give me your email I can send a picture of how and where I used it! -
Q: What the best way to cut these tiles and do you use mirror mastic as an adhesive?
A: I purchased these tiles and worked with a Contractor who typically cut/installed mirror. He had to use a special blade and process to cut the tiles. When we cut them with a standard saw blade the edges of the tile frayed and removed some of the mirror so they didn't look as good. I can se how to attach a photo but they turned out great on the back of my bar with behind my stainless bar shelves.A: I'm not sure how my installers cut the tiles but they did use mirror mastic as the adhesive. No grout. They turned out beautifully.A: you can cut them with a special blade made for glass tiles so the edges do not crack. I used mirror mastic from CRLA: Diamond blade is all that's needed to cut them, regular tile adhesive. -

A: We do suggest grouting this tile.A: Yes. I grouted with 939 Color Mist unsanded grout. It looks fabulous!A: No we didn't. We made really tight joints. It looks more like a mirror without the grout from our assessment. -

Q: where is relection revere mirror tile for backsplash made? in the u.s. or off the continent? this is regarding customs and shipping to Canada.
A: For customs purposes, this tile is not made in North America.
