3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Is this tile recommended to install with or without grout?
A: We suggest completing the installation with grout. -

A: We are the manufacturers of our tiles. We utilize a factory in Spain to produce these tiles. -
Q: Can this be installed on drywall?
A: We installed it ourselves onto drywall. It is our kitchen backsplash and looks fabulous.A: I mean, you need the proper backing, but it has been the kitchen backsplash in two homes. It is WONDERFUL.A: Yes, in non-wet locations. I use a wall paper perforating tool if the drywall is painted and then apply thinset directly to the drywall and install tiles. If you ever need to remove the tiles the drywall will need to be replaced as the paper will tear upon removal.A: Yes, in non-wet areas. Thinset or mastic is fine for a backsplash.A: Yes. Just need to use thin-set. -
Q: Does the sample have all four color tiles included. Montauk Sand Dune 4x4?
A: All basically same color shade but each has a subtle hue variation based on the pearlescent finish. Not a smooth finish - reflects light showing variations nicely. I’ve had many compliments.A: I never realized that there were 4 colors but they are variegated. There may be a certain order in which a tiler will install them. Pearly looking, pretty & beachy -
Q: What color grout would you use with Montaigne sand dune?
A: Hi! Recommended grout is Laticrete Permacolor Silver Shadow Grout- 8lbA: I used white grout. It provides just enough subtle contrast. -
