1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].

3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: How do you turn corners with this product? Are there separate corners sold?
A: You notch the pieces to turn the corner
Front has bottom 2 rows hand past corner 3/4”

Q: What material is the "StackStone 3D Ebbor Beige & Cream Marble Ledger Panel Mosaic Wall Tile" made from? The Specifications state limestone, but its name implies it's marble.
A: Hi! The material is limestone. I apologize for any confusion! -
Q: Can you put a sealer on this tile to protect and for easy clean up?
A: After the stone is installed, and grouted, seal the stone with an appropriate high quality breathable stone sealer, to minimize water absorption, efflorescence, and potential staining. We recommend our polished sealer for polished stone. If necessary, a color enhancer may be applied to bring out the true color of the stone at any time after grouting. Follow sealer manufacturer's installation instructions. Reseal tile when the stone gets darker or as needed.A: I wish I could answer that but am not certain. Some parts of it are easy to clean. It is absolutely gorgeous though!A: sealer is not necessary to put on this tiles it can be cleaned easy as it is -
Q: I would like this as a kitchen backsplash behind my stove- a little concerned with food splatter/staining…thoughts?
A: It is beautiful tile. I used it on my fireplace and thought the same way you are....I was going to match it as my backsplash in my kitchen. After getting the sample I decided it was not for the kitchen. Way to hard to keep clean with all the ledges, spaces etc.A: My stone tile came all broken so be mindful when ordering and request they package it extra well. Waiting on them to send me new ones. Bought 32 and all 7 boxes tile was shattered. -
Q: hard to use as backsplash, to cut in outlets?
A: Your installer would cut the material to make space for outlets.A: It’s stone so it isn’t easy, I would recommend having a professional tile installer do it. Our installer did not have any issues but he has cut and set this type of stone a lot. -
Q: Hi Can this be used as a kitchen backsplash?
A: This is suitable for backsplash installation. -
Q: Can this tile be used to cover exterior brick?
A: This material is not suitable for exterior installation.

Fabulous and So Unique
These are fabulous and so unique, We used it on a backsplash with the most beautiful quartzite. We also used it on a medial wall where our TV is mounted and we also have an electric fireplace. The only problem we had was when we order more - the colors were a little bit duller and they did not have the same star power. Very disappointed in that. Several were broken and TILEBAR Customer Service was not very helpful or was not willing to give us a discount so many tiles were wasted at great expense.
