3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.

Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: Can you use this around the tub?
A: Yes, our StackStone Steel Gray 3D Mixed Finish Lava Stone Mosaic Tile is appropriate for this use. -
Q: What size are samples ?
A: The sample size is approximately 4" x 8".A: If you look under the whole wall picture there are sample size pictures. This turned out great at my house - however make sure they ship it ltl as ground shipping broke mine twice. Also my kitchen remodler didn't want to attempt this material so I did hire someone else. Totally worth it - but something to think about. -
Q: What size metal trim is suitable for this tile? I'm using it for the fireplace surround.
A: Due to the varying thicknesses a metal trim will be unusable, but the body of the stone is uniform throughout and should not require a trim piece.A: Metal trim shouldn’t be needed, but hard to know for sure without knowing your specific situation -
Q: This says it has 3 finishes on it, would I need to seal it as well? Using it for kitchen backsplash.
A: We actually didn't seal ours and we used it as a kitchen backsplash. Ask for them to ship this tile ltl as almost all of the boxes came broken and had to be replaced when they shipped it ups groundA: Our contractor sealed it ion our backsplash. It did not change the color or the beauty of the ledger panels. -
Q: Can this be used in a shower?

A: Each sheet is 23.62" x 7.87" and covers 1.16 sq ft. Additional information on this tile can be found under the "SPECS" and "INSTALLATION" tabs.A: Approximately 6”x12” in size — we had almost 20 sheets and I don’t know that any of them were exactly identical. All had a different stone layout of some sort.

Fabulous and So Unique
These are fabulous and so unique, We used it on a backsplash with the most beautiful quartzite. We also used it on a medial wall where our TV is mounted and we also have an electric fireplace. The only problem we had was when we order more - the colors were a little bit duller and they did not have the same star power. Very disappointed in that. Several were broken and TILEBAR Customer Service was not very helpful or was not willing to give us a discount so many tiles were wasted at great expense.
