3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: We chose the midnight blue for our kitchen backsplash, but now are struggling with what color and type of grout to finish the look?
A: Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be glad to verify this information for you.A: it depends on your taste. I didn't like the contrast of the white in the images so I went with a charcoal grey grout. This allowed it to sort of blend with the tiles and not distract from them and I thought it looked very nice. -
Q: Can this tile be used as a pool trim? It wouldn't be in a winter climate, but in FL.
A: I used this tile as a backsplash behind a range indoor. It is solid glass which I understand does well in moisture. As long as it is on a vertical surface to avoid a chance of something heavy being dropped on it, I am sure it would be fine. If you haven’t seen it in person it is very striking. We love it.A: Jelly,
I’m not certain but based on handling the product I would not recommend it for a pool. I don’t that it would hold up long term in a pool and with chlorine or salt water would make it unstable. I used for a kitchen backsplash. I this helps. Dee -
Q: is the face of the tile contoured or flat?
A: It is contoured.A: Hey Scott. Some are contoured and some are flat. The flat ones are more of a flat color. I used these as a decorative strip when i had bathroom shower done in white subway tile with dark grout. Even the guys I had so the install said this is what set it off. Looks great. i did a row three deep at eye level. I've received many compliments . Hope this helps.A: Contoured.A: It is a mix of both. Many of the tiles have an internal bevel to create the dimension, but others are external so it does have some elevation variation across the mosaic pieces. -
Q: Is the midnight color option more blue or black?
A: I meant like a blue gray color.A: It is definitely blue and is very cool. Actually changes color based on light and can gi from navy to a bike gray color. Love the tile.A: It's what I would call a slate blue. It's really pretty. Better in person than the pictureA: blu to blue gray. no blackA: It’s a dark blue.
