1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Does this tile get slippery when wet? I’m considering it for outdoor flooring but don’t want it to be a hazard!
A: No, we have it on our shower floor as well as the bathroom floor. As long as it is not soapy water then you should be fine. The tile is not a sleek tile or shiny, it is matte, so less slippage than other tile, but still be careful!A: I have it on a wall so he’s to say. But it has a little texture to it.A: No not slippery when wet. -
Q: Is this suitable for a pool waterline?
A: This tile is not suitable for pool installation. -
Q: Grout color other than white?
A: I wanted the grout lines to disappear so I used white, but by using a gray you could change the look and highlight the individual tiles. Personal preference.A: You could match the blue if you want to outline each tile. Or the buff color that is in the tile. Also a light grey would work well.A: I matched the gold/beige color in the design.
