3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Grout color recommendations for this tile?
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Smoke Gray Grout.A: We used a light gray grout...I believe it was called Wisper Gray. Love this tile!A: We used a dark grey grout and are very happy with the results. You can see photos in the reviews.A: We used the grout recommended on the tile bar website. It turned out great. Q: What spacing do you recommend for this tile for a kitchen backsplash?
A: 1/16"A: Look at 1/16" grout line (that is what I used on the 3x12 tile on this same tile). The beveled nature of the tile will create space on it's own. Another option is 1/8" but that is as big as I would recommend. GoodluckA: we used 1/8” sanded grout. This minimized the grout, which is more likely to stain, and gave the backsplash a classy, vintage lookA: 1/8” -
Q: Is this color a pale gray? Or more on the white side?
A: I would say pale grayA: Very pale gray with no pink undertones.A: More on the white side.A: It is a pale grayA: It is a very pale gray with a little taupe. I have a picture that is side by side with the Bianca color (Bianca is a little creamier color and not true white) but can't load it here. I have a sample of each color. The Lancaster dove looks pretty true to color in the picture with the sink next to your question but also in general looks more gray than it does on my sample because of the choice of the grey grout color there. What you can't see about the tile is the depth of it. It looks handmade, each piece it formed a little differently and looks much more expensive than other subway tiles we looked at. A: Functionally it would be fine. It's just up to you if you like th appearance.A: The Lancaster collection is suitable for shower walls. Be sure to seal the grout well.A: I think this would be OK for a shower. It does have some irregularities in depth but they are subtle & if your grouting and sealing are done well it all should be fine.

A great look!
We remodeled our bathroom and used the black tiles in the picture. The shower was a show stopper. I designed the bathroom makeover, withe the tiles placed vertically, and lined up grid-style with white grout. My contractor tried to talk me out of it, but he was so impressed he repeated the style for other customers who loved it and used the same tiles.
We later remodeled a second bathroom and used the same tiles, this time in white. It also turned out looking extremely nice. -

Pencil liner
Looks great and matches the corresponding subway tile. One thing to note is that the pencil liner is unfinished on the edges (like the subway tile). So for a finished edge, recommend chair rail or bullnose tile.

Beautiful handmade tile
The tile looks great and is just what we hoped for. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that the glue protecting each tile was difficult to remove and I've purchased previous tiles from Lowe's that came right off so I know it's possible.

Subtle, yet powerful tile.
Very beautiful with subtle movement that looks luxurious. The tile is thick and if you're worried about cracking, you shouldn't. My contractor didn't like working with it at first and recommended getting tile with less variation in the tile edging. But after seeing a whole shower wall with it? well he was impressed as well.
