1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Can this tile be installed as a pool waterline?
A: Our Portmore Green 3x8 Glossy Ceramic Subway Tile is not suitable for use in pools. -

Q: Is there a bullnose for this tile?
A: We recommend our Portmore Green 3x8 Glossy Ceramic Bullnose.A: I don’t believe so. I used a cream bullnose I think. Maybe silver. -
Q: What color edge profiles work best with this assuming we go with the recommended gray grout? We are using matte black in other areas (shower) and I think that might look good.
A: We love these tiles, have them in our shower and used gray grout. it looks very much like in these sample photos.A: Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be glad to verify this information for you.A: Perhaps a black grout and trim would look smart with your matt black hardware. -
Q: Can this be used in a steam shower?
A: I used this as a kitchen backsplash, so I can't answer your question exactly. BUT a quick Google search said "A steam shower typically requires non-porous material, such as porcelain (or ceramic), but it can also be designed with natural stone that is routinely sealed as a regular maintenance procedure." These are not porous at all. So I would say yes. -
Q: Is this tile a certain pattern?
A: No. The tiles have different colors as you see in the picture. You decide the pattern that you want to have in your bathroom. These tiles are very nice and good quality.A: They are all individual tiles, not set in any particular pattern.A: Nope they are the individual subway tile. Ours came out great!A: No, it is a group of slightly different colored tiles so placement would create a pattern or not. -
Q: What trim should I use with the 3x8 tiles at the fire place wall? The tile is 9mm thick. Available trims are 8mm and 10mm. Should I go with 10mm or 8mm?
A: We would suggest the 10mm trim. -
Q: Are the tiles a single color or a variety? If varied, closer to the first two (more colorful) pics or the other pics, which are more muted? Thank you!
A: I think it depends on the lighting in the room. I found them more muted when placed under warmer lighting and brighter when placed under cooler lighting. Hope that helps.A: Jamie,
They are varied! Which is so difficult when ordering samples because I really couldn't tell. I took a chance and I LOVE them. They are more green like the first two pictures and come in those variety of shades. They are beautiful!A: Definitely a variety of greens. I would describe them as more muted than bright, but that description is probably subjective.
Why not order a sample? If you let them know your concerns, perhaps they can send a bit of each of the various colors.
