3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: What color of grout most accurately matches the Maya Blue shade?
A: The color of Laticrete products that blends the best is Steamship. It's a very light silver that errs a little blue.A: I am not exactly sure which grout color matches the blue color, but I used white in my bathroom, and I also used white as a paint trim color and it all looks really good together. -
Q: The sample size says it is 4.1” x 4.1” but the size said 2.4” x 5”. What is the actual measurements received if ordered? The sample we got was larger than expected.

Q: How shiny are these? Do they reflect light?
A: They’re a flat light blue with a high-gloss glaze. So yes the light bounces off of them as in any glossed tile. They are great!A: Yes they are finished with a shiny glaze, but the tiles reflect light differently throughout the day and night. They are gorgeous and I could not be happier with my bathroom renovation!A: Yes! They are a glossy tile that definitely reflects light but not quite as shiny as being reflective -- (you can't see your reflection or shadow in them) -
Q: Does this come in a sheet or individual tiles? How time consuming and hard are they to install?
A: This material is individual loose-lay tiles. -
Q: Are there grays in there as well?
A: This tile is variations of blue. -
Q: What trim piece is recommended?
