3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: The color is called gray, but it looks more taupe. What color would you say it is close to?
A: This is a "greige" tile. I would suggest ordering a sample so you can see the material in person.A: The sample I received, I would put into a Dove Gray category, like a warm gray. I suspect with the color variegation the darker tiles will look closer to a taupe.

Great look - hard application! In my opinion, totally worth it
LOVE this backsplash so much! It?s so unique which is what I was looking for in tiling. It really pops especially against our dark blue cabinets and I love the nuances in the shades of gray. Definitely spent a bit on the tile, but I wouldn?t change it at all. Very happy. We went with a bright white grout, and I?d recommend that over the grout color that is the default pick. In my opinion, if you?re spending a lot on tile and don?t want run of the mill subway, don?t try to closely match the grout to hide the detail and color differences in the tile :)
