3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Is there a special tile spacer made for the fish scale tiles?
A: No, I believe my tile guy just used the standard ?1/4” plastic spacers.A: Hi Mike! You can still use standard spacers for these tiles. Using a laser level like Erik suggested is a great tool.A: Since the tiles are shipped individually and not on a sheet, success was achieved using a laser level to align the top of each row across the room, with standard spacers used between the previous row. Vertical alignment was marked on the wall beforehand taking into account tile width and spacing. Using a trowel with either flat or multiple grooves helps keep the vertical markings visible when applying adhesive/thin-set. A hasty or unprofessional job will be very evident with this tile, but taking the time yields amazing results. -
Q: Is there color variation as shown within each box of tiles or only between boxes? If each box is the same, how can we guarantee variation between boxes when ordering multiple boxes?
A: This material has a V3 shade variation which is randomized within and between boxes so you receive a beautiful variation within your installation. -
