1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].

3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing ceramic or porcelain tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Can these tiles be used for bath floor?
A: Our Highwater Teal 5" Fish Scale Polished Ceramic Wall Tile is not recommended for use in floor applications. -
Q: Would this tile be rated for pool waterline use?
A: Our Highwater Teal 5" Fish Scale Polished Ceramic Wall Tile is not recommended for this application. -
Q: What spacers should be used with these tiles please?
A: It depends how thick you want the grout lines. We recommend a minimum of 1/8th.A: I had these professionally installed. I believe they used standard spacers but they also used a leveling beam etc. They were very precise. -
Q: Is there bullnose that goes with this?
A: We don't have a corresponding trim piece for this collection at this time. I would suggest our Essential Metal Edge Strip; https://www.tilebar.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=essential
Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout. -
Q: How many tiles per box?
A: This material is sold 48 pieces/boxA: We purchased a small order recently and the boxes included 48 tiles each. -
Q: What shade variation level would this be considered (I.e. V0-V4)?? I’m particularly interested in the turquoise.
A: This is a V3 Shade variation. -
Q: Are the blue fish scale tiles,have different color tones or is it shadows?
A: This tile has 10-12 faces and is rated as a V3 variation.A: There are subtle different tones in the same color family. Q: Does this tile come in sheets?
A: This material does not come in sheets, it is a loose-lay tile. -
Q: Can this be installed in an outdoor shower? ( north east)

Originally, I did not realize they were individual tiles because I didn't read the direction carefully and I though about returning it because I knew it would be labor intensive to install.
