Ingredients

1 oz     Patron Tequila
1 oz     Agave Syrup
3 oz     Grapefruit, juice of
¼     Lime, juice of
garnish     Jalapeño
to top     Sparkling Water

Directions

1.   

Place 2 jalapeño slices in a shaker, squeeze in the lime juice and muddle to release oils & flavors.

2.   

Add agave syrup, tequila, grapefruit juice and ice. Cap the shaker, and shake until well chilled.

3.   

Strain into a glass with ice and top off with soda water. Garnish with jalapeño slices and a grapefruit wedge. Serve & enjoy!
